CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 50% cancellation fee for same-day cancellations, rescheduled appointments, or no-shows made within 48 hours of your scheduled time. I completely understand that life happens, so please reach out if you need to reschedule. Please note that there is also a 15-minute late policy. If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment, we’ll need to reschedule, and a 50% service fee will be applied.
