There is a 50% cancellation fee for same day cancellations and rescheduled appointments, including no-show appointments within 12 hours of appointment time. I understand that things happen, so please reach out to me if you need to reschedule. Please be aware that there is also has an 15 minute late policy. If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment we will have to reschedule and a 50% service charge will be applied.
